Basement Finishing

This project turned an unfinished basement into a brand new finished space including a bedroom, kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, living room, storage/pet room, and a 3/4 bathroom. The inspector was very impressed with the attention to detail and following of codes on this project. The home’s square footage was doubled and the home owners added $40,000.00 in value to their home.
